1. User Agreement

By accessing or using the Faithfull Fitness App ("App"), website faithfulfitnessapp.com ("Site"), and related services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Services. If you do not agree, do not use our App or Services. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and subscribers.

2. App Usage Rules

You agree to use the App and Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not:

  • Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
  • Share your account credentials or allow others to access your account without authorization.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App.
  • Use the App to distribute malware, spam, or harmful content.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users or our staff.
  • Use the App for any commercial resale or redistribution without our written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these rules.

3. Subscription Policy

Some features of the App may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

  • Subscription fees are billed in accordance with the plan you select (e.g., monthly or annually).
  • Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • We may change subscription prices with reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

4. Payment Terms

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. You agree to provide accurate billing information and to pay all fees when due. If payment fails, we may suspend your access until payment is received. You are responsible for any taxes applicable in your jurisdiction.

5. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your subscription. If you are not satisfied:

  • You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal, provided you have not substantially used premium features beyond a reasonable trial.
  • Refund requests must be submitted via our contact form or email to info@faithfulfitnessapp.com with your account details and reason for the request.
  • Refunds are issued at our discretion and may take 5–10 business days to process. Once issued, your access to paid features may be revoked.
  • We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods or after the 14-day window except where required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

The App and Services are provided "as is" for general fitness and wellness information. We are not liable for:

  • Any injury, illness, or health issue resulting from your use of workout plans, nutrition information, or other content. Always consult a healthcare provider before starting a new fitness or diet program.
  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the App or Services.
  • Loss of data, profits, or business opportunity.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

7. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior, or for any other reason we deem necessary. You may also delete your account at any time through the App or by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the App and Services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including liability limitations and dispute resolution) will remain in effect.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Services from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the App, email, or a notice on our Site. Your continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
